Banda de Israel, o Orphaned Land é considerado o principal expoente do chamado Oriental Metal. “Mabool: The Story of the Three Sons of Seven” foi lançado em 2004, após um intervalo de oito anos sem novos lançamentos e é considerado pela maioria dos fãs como a obra-prima da banda.
Seis anos de trabalho para o álbum ser composto, produzido, arranjado e gravado. Tanto empenho foram recompensados por tamanha espera, pois o álbum traz uma mistura impecável de Doom, Death e Progressive Metal somados à influências da música árabe e judaica.
Um álbum fabuloso, original e variado, para aqueles que gostam de se aventurar musicalmente, boa pedida.
